This Court passed a conditional order on 27.09.2024 in the petition to condone delay petition in representing the appeal on payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Aid Services Authority on or before 17.10.2024. Since the costs has not been paid, the present petition has been filed for extension of time for payment of costs.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition, to extend the time, is order. Time for payment of costs is extended by one week i.e., on or before 06.11.2024, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to this Court.
