Heard Mr. K.Rajendran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to dispose the representation dated 24.11.2017 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that the representation dated 24.11.2017 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by Order No. Na. Ka. 3704/2018/ThaPuKu 1 dated 21.02.2018 passed by the Second Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
