ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in S.C.No.56 of 2019 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submits that the case is of the year 2019 and all the witnesses had been examined.

3. The Sub Inspector of Police, who is present before this Court, submitted that even the Investigation Officer also had been examined and the proceedings under Section 313 Cr.P.C., was also initiated.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that at this stage, quash proceedings cannot at all be taken since the trial had proceeded. It is to be taken to its logical conclusion.
