This petition has been filed seeking extension of time on the ground that the petitioner is having continued ill-health.

2. We have perused the affidavit filed.

The ailment is not so serious. Therefore, we are not inclined to extend the time as sought for by the petitioner. However, considering the facts of the case, the leave already granted on 24.10.2019 is extended till Sunday i.e., 16.11.2019. We make it clear that the petitioner shall return back to the prison on Monday i.e. 18.11.2019 at 10.00 a.m. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

Post the H.C.P. for reporting compliance on 19.11.2019.
