2. The Crl.M.P.No.16619 of 2025 is filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 05.06.2024 in the above Crl.O.P.No.14475 of 2024 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 05.06.2024.
