Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2017 and order to pay outstanding due amount of Rs.15,28,988.00 (Rupees fifteen lakhs twenty eight thousand and nine hundred and eighty eight only) with an interest of 18% per annum from the date of default till realisation of the money for which the works have been already done by the petitioner in respect of ward Nos.13 to 18 and ward Nos. 4, 9 & 12. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.08.2017 seeking disbursal of outstanding due to the tune of Rs.15,2 8,988/- for the works done by the petitioner. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner was paid with some amount and still there is due payable by the third respondent.

Considering the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the third respondent with correct amount which is due to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order to disburse the balance amount if any, to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
