This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.1 imposed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.35862 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl side) had submitted that since a District Level committee in their letter dated 04.12.2023 in R.C.No.10098/2023/C2 at Nagapattinam District had taken a decision to release the petitioner along with Fibre Boat back to Srilanka. The Government will have to pass orders.

3. In view of that particular fact, the present petition stands dismissed.
