ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner had passed away. Therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as abated with liberty to the legal representatives of the petitioner to bring the legal heirs on record and workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
