O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 13.04.2022 in W.P.No.9160 of 2022.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 13.04.2022 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the Respondent dated 10.06.2023 (which was signed on 13.06.2023) to that effect.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the said proceedings was not served on the Petitioner.

4. As the aforesaid proceedings was signed only on 13.06.2023, the same could not have been served on the Petitioner. However, a copy of the said proceedings have now been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 10.06.2023 2/3

(signed on 13.06.2023), this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is made clear that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law [S.V.N,J.,] [T.V.T.S,J.,] 14.06.2023 arr 3/3
