O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.2613 of 2009, dated 04.02.2022.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.02.2022 has been complied with and to that effect, the Government has passed a G.O. dated 27.12.2023, wherein the petitioner has been promoted as a Joint Director w.e.f. 29.12.2000 and also granted retirement benefits. It is further stated that after regularising his service all the monetary benefits will be paid to him.

3. In the light of the aforesaid submissions and the Government Order, this Contempt Petition is closed.
