C.M.P.No.26156 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 2457 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent / P.Dharmalingam in the above condone the delay petition in C.M.P.No.3914 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.47751 of 2022. 2.C.M.P.No.26161 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent / namely P.Dharmalingam in the above condone the delay petition in C.M.P.No.3914 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.47751 of 2022.

3.C.M.P.No.26162 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the above respondents 3 to 5 herein as the legal representative of the deceased / 1st respondent namely P.Dharmalingam in the above condone the delay petition in C.M.P.No.3914 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.47751 of 2022. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Anu 5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed. 6.The proposed respondents are directed to be impleaded as respondents 3 to 5 in C.M.P.No.3914 of 2023.
