This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner in his representation is that the petitioner and similarly placed persons have given representation to the TANGEDCO to refix the pay. There is a anomaly which has to be settled by the TANGEDCO and the same is being kept pending without resolving the same. The same is causing hardship to the petitioner and persons who are similarly placed. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the limited relief that has been sought for in this present writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the concerned authority, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Immediately on receipt of such representation, the concerned authority who is empowered to take decision shall consider the same, strictly in accordance with law and shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
