The appeal itself has been filed by the defendants 2 and 3, hence notice is dispensed with for the other respondents.

2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 60 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
