This petition is filed to direct the respondents to extend the interim bail granted to the detenue, S.A.Nawab Khan S/o.Abdul Rahmaan, aged about 54 years, Convict No.10663 detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore, in W.M.P.No.23616 of 2024 in W.P.No.31417 of 2023 order dated 31.07.2024 from 03.11.2024 until the disposal of the above writ petition.

2.Since the report of the probation officer is in favour of the detenu, the interim bail already granted by this Court is further extended for a period of three months i.e., from 04.11.2024 till 04.02.2025.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
