CMP.No.22608/2022 in AS.No.842/2010 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title of respondents 1 and 2 in the Appeal Suit.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition. However, he states that an objection is raised as to the maintainability of the suit as the suit has been laid by an unregistered Association and submitted that the present petition may be allowed without prejudice the contentions that are raised by the respondents in the main appeal.

3.The issue raised by the learned counsel in the Appeal Suit is not relevant.
