This petition has been filed to extend the time given to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.13067 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that she was unable to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated period since her name spelling was wrongly mentioned in the anticipatory bail application, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
