ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "In view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 13.11.2019 in W.P.No.31865 of 2019 now Thasildar of Mylapore has issued certificate on 13.12.2019. Hence, nothing survives. It may be dismissed as infructuous."
