This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27346 of 2022 on 14.11.2022 in Crime No.44 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
