This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10298 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.506 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calender Month, pending appeal and to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is complying with both conditions, namely to appear before the Trial Court once in a month and to appear before the respondent police once in a week regularly.

3. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police once in a week.

The petitioner shall continue to appear before the Trial Court once in a month. All other conditions remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
