ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 8695 of 2025 dated 24.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seek to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.8695 of 2025 dated 24.03.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly once for the period of three months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
