This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and implead them as petitioners 1 to 3 in the above Writ Petition in the place of the deceased petitioner.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the same is ordered.
