This petition has been filed to modify condition passed in Crl.MP.No.12562 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.11163 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 as the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur on every Thursday and Monday at 10.30 a.m. till completion of trial, apart from the court hearing dates instead of that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, Coimbatore on the first day of English, Calendar month at 10.30 am for a period of two months.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he is complying the condition before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur in another case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur on every working first day of English Calender Month until further orders. 13.11.2024 nsl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
