Today the matter has been listed under the caption for 'being mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.11158 of 2024 was modified vide order in Crl. M.P. No.12595 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, Coimbatore on every 1st day of English Calendar month for a period of 2 months, instead of 'to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMS) Tiruppur. The said condition was again modified vide order passed in Crl. M.P. No.16908 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur District. In that, this Court passed an order by stating that time is extended for executing the sureties and to comply the conditions. In fact, already the petitioner has executed the sureties and complied the condition and the petition was originally filed for modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission and the fact that the petitioner also complied the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. Condition is relaxed in toto.

5. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out amendment.
