This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as K.Sagunthala instead of K.Sagunthal and Satisfaction of the Court as the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate No.II Ponneri in order dated 03.10.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.24109 of 2024.

2. Considering the submission made on by both sides, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
