When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner has been closed by the respondent police on 15.09.2019 on the ground that the petitioner has to approach the Court, seeking for the relief sought for by her in the complaint dated 27.08.2019.
