This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20627 of 2024, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the nature of offences and the petitioner is only complied with the condition for 28 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
