O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to extend the time by two weeks to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court to the credit of C.C.No.347/2013, as per the order of the learned Principal 1/4

District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.4370 of 2024 in C.A.No.136 of 2024 dated 06.08.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is take up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the trial Court within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above, time is extended till 20.11.2024 to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani in C.C.No.347 of 2013 as directed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, failing which, this order shall stand cancelled automatically without further reference to this Court.
