CMP.No.27451 of 2019 in A.S.No.995 of 2019 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., The interim order of stay was granted by this Court on a condition to deposit 50% of the decree amount within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, failing which, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the condition stipulated in the interim order dated 30.11.2021 has not been complied with by the appellant.

Thus, the CMP No.27451 of 2019 stands dismissed.

3.Post the Appeal Suit for final hearing after two weeks.
