This petition is connected with C.S.(Comm. Div) No.274 of 2023. The parties have amicably settled both the said Civil Suit as well as the present petition through a common Memorandum of Compromise. This Court is further informed that the said compromise has already been produced before the Commercial Division and the suit has been disposed of in terms of the said compromise.

2.This Court now accepts the Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.02.2024 entered into between the parties and the same is hereby recorded.

3.The present petition is now disposed of in terms of the above said Compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.02.2024 is now required to be made part of this order.
