COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the first respondent to furnish certified copies of the documents sought for vide CA.No.11943 of 2012 to the petitioners.

Mr.S.Thanka Sivan COMMON ORDER By an order dated 02.06.2025, I had directed the Registrar, Small Causes Court, Madras to verify the records and send all the available copies in H.R.C.No.881 of 1977 and H.R.A.No.602 of 1980 on the file of that Court.

2. Registrar of the Small Causes Court at Chennai has informed that no records are available with respect to the aforesaid proceedings including the suit register.

3. As the records themselves are not available, the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted. Hence, the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
