The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 7th Respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner representation dated 09.10.2019, on the file of the above mentioned respondents respectively and direct Respondents 3, 4, 5 and 6 to consider the application dated 26.09.2019, on merits.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition become infructuous and prays for closure of this petition.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
