This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., imposed by order dated 27.09.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.21354 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
