This petition is filed to implead the respondent/proposed respondent No.2 as 2nd respondent in the above appeal.

2. In view of Section 15A(3) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the defacto complainant is impleaded as second respondent in the above appeal.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
