This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for surrender before the trial Court and to comply the order in Crl.OP.No.6216 of 2023, by an order dated 08.6.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 24.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6216 of 2023, order dated 08.06.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
