This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21837 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
