This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted to comply the conditions the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22670 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District as imposed by this Court, on or before 17.11.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
