By way of communication dated 16/8/2016, the second respondent has sought for further documents. In the meanwhile, second respondent had issued a show cause notice for submission of certain documents and by communication dated 2/9/2021, second respondent passed an order withdrawing recognition granted to the petitioner Institution and the same was also confirmed by the first respondent, on an appeal preferred by the petitioner.

Since the recognition for the petitioner Institution was withdrawn by the order of the second respondent and the same is under consideration with the first respondent, order of recognition cannot be submitted by the petitioner. Further, name of the petitioner Institution is not listed in the Online portal enabling the petitioner Institution to access and upload the details.
5. By the order of this Court, petitioner Institution was able to upload the details and get the admission of students recognised. Further, orders were passed for remittance of semester examination fee and allowing students to write their examination. The petitioner Institution has admitted the students in B.Ed course for the academic year 2024 - 2025 and unless their details are uploaded and necessary fee is paid, their admission cannot be Page No:4/4
