PRAYER: Habeas Corpus petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, or order or Direction particularly in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioner's daughter Ragasiya, D/o.Rajendiran aged about 20 years who is now illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4 before this Honble Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu J.) The petitioner filed this Habes Corpus Petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her daughter Ragasiya, D/o.Rajendiran aged about 20 years, who is now illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4, before this Honble Court and set her at liberty.

2. As per the direction of this court dated 11.09.2025, the detenue, aged 20 years is produced before this Court. We have interacted with the detenue and she informed that she married the third respondent, namely Suriya. She also produced the marriage photographs. The detenue has stated that she is not willing to go with her mother/petitioner herein.

3. We are of the considered view that there is no illegal and unlawful custody involved in the present case.
