PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner who is the son of A4 in Crime No.67 of 2022.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents police not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.67 of 2022 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Thiruvallur. The petitioner's father is the fourth accused in this case and in respect of which, the second and third respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police would submit that the petitioner's father involved in fabrication of documents and executed settlement deed in favour of the petitioner and in connection with this, the respondent police wanted to enquire the petitioner. Summon was issued to the petitioner. However, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.
5. Considering the fact that there is already a case has been registered against the petitioner's father alleging that he had fabricated the settlement deed infavour of the petitioner, this Court finds that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage would amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondents police.
