2. Mr.K.Anandharaja learned counsel of M/s.Murali Law Firm (Law Firm) for sole writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit attempted to buttress the prayer but there are no averments in this regard in the support affidavit. In the days to come, such dispense with prayer without supporting averments may have to meet negative consequences, with this caveat making an exception, submission of learned counsel for petitioner that a photocopy of the original order {impugned order} has been produced as petitioner could not lay his hands on original which was misplaced is accepted and dispense with prayer is acceded to.
