This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner herein as the second petitioner in the place of the deceased writ petitioner and also to implead the proposed fifth respondent herein as the fifth respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the above writ petition.
