This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 12.07.2019 in I.A.No.3 of 2019 in O.S.No.93 of 2018 on the file Page No: 1/3

of the District Munsif Court Thiruvarur.

2. During the course of the hearing, today Mr.G.Govarthanan, learned representing counsel for Mr.B.Ramamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that the suit in O.S.No.93 of 2018 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvarur was disposed of by the trial court on 14.02.2024.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the fact that the Suit itself has already been disposed of on 14.02.2024 by the District Munsif Court, Thiruvarur , in our considered view nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.06.2024 gba Index : Yes/No Page No: 2/3
