This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21635 of 2025 order dated 01.08.2025 directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, final report filed, it is taken on file in P.R.C.No.45 of 2025 and the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16602 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21635 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 04.09.2025 rna To The Inspector of Police, Hudco Police Station, Krishnagiri District.
