This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 for speedy disposal of the proceedings in complaint in STC No.1028 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram and to conclude the same within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that chief examination was already over and cross examination is being conducted in a proper manner by the trial Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the trial Court to ensure that the case shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
