PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dted 09.06.2018 in view of the order passed by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.MP.No.384 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.06.2018 in view of the order passed by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.MP.No.384 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Already the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet has passed an order on 09.04.2019 forwarding the complaint which was filed by the petitioner to the third respondent herein under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., to enquire and report. Hence, the third respondent is directed to comply with the said order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
