Notice sent to the respondent has been duly served as seen from the affidvit of service filed by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff, enclosing the delivery report.

2.Since the respondent has been duly served with the notice, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 22.10.2024 in favour of the applicant/plaintiff is made absolute.

3.Registry is directed to print the name of the respondent on the next date of hearing.

4.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the defendant has informed the plaintiff that they will be removing the word 'Deepam' from their mark. 5.Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file a Memorandum of Compromise to that effect.
