ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the educational loan to the petitioner's son namely R.Bharath for the academic year from 2017 to 2021 for pursuing B.E (Mechanical Engineering) course in M.I.E.T Engineering College, Tiruchirapalli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son has completed the B.E (Mechanical Engineering) course, therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
