O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents police 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner for entering into his residence situated at No.1/19, MariammanKoil Street, Senur Village, Vellore District and for using the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1 to 3. Despite service of notice on the fourth and fifth respondents, there is no representation on their side.

3. Today when the petition came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions would submit that in respect of prayer sought for by the petitioner, he has not submitted any representation to the third respondent till date, in otherwise, if any representation is given by the petitioner, the third respondent is ready to consider the same.

4. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the said representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
