(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.Dhandapani J) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 804 days in representing the CMA as against the award dated 11.12.2018 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.792 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 804 days in representing the above appeal is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis condoned.

4.It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 804 days.
