When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2.Mr.M.S.Prem Kumar, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous, as the same has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction, forbearing second respondent, his men https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and agents, from interfering with her peaceful conduct of business, at No.5, Chelliamman Colony, Paper Mills Road, Kolathur, Chennai - 600 082, and as of now, the petitioner is not in possession of the property and she has vacated the premises, way back in the year 2018. The said fact has already been stated by the second respondent/Inspector of Police, at para No.8 of the counter affidavit, filed on 12.03.2018.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and that is the reason why, the petitioner has not shown any interest in pursuing the case. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
